On 31st October 2017 the Supervisory Board of the company ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ GROUP Plc. reached the decision on appointing President and member of the Management Board of the company ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ GROUP Plc. for the new mandate period.

By the above decisions, mandate of the President of the Management Board, Mr Tomislav Mazal, is prolonged for 2 months, i.e. from 1st November till 31st December 2017. Mandate of the Management Board member, Mr Marko Bogdanović, has also been prolonged for 2 months, i.e. from 1stNovember till 31st December 2017.

By the above decisions of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of the company is still constituted of Mr Tomislav Mazal, President of the Management Board and Mr Marko Bogdanović, member of the Management Board.
