Zacns 45 m3

The wagon is intended for transportation of CaCo3 slurry. Wagon tank is made of X2CrNi18-9 cold rolled stainless steel with 8° bottom slope leading to centrally placed discharge system. Tank is insulated with mineral wool and covered with prepainted anodized steel. Wagon is very light and easy to use.

Cargo is loaded from above through one DN 500 opening with manually operated cover on the upper center part of wagon body. The tank is also equipped with two DN 300 cleaning openings placed symmetrically to the central transversal vertical plane. Unloading can be performed by gravity, compressed air or pumps through bottom discharge pipe. Possibility of unloading on both sides of the wagon.

With its design, manufacture and equipment, the wagon meets the existing PED, TSI, RIV, EN, UIC,ERRI and GCU.
